The SEA contracted standard room rate is $235.00 plus state and local taxes (currently 17.82%) per room night for a single/double occupancy room.

Guests that prefer to phone in their reservations may call 1-888-236-2427 to secure a reservation in the room block (SEA 96th Annual Meeting).
Guests may make reservations in the block at the group rate until Monday, October 19, 2026, or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After that time, the group rate will be offered on hotel availability only.
