Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@southerneconomic.org.

The SEA cancellation and refund policy follows:

• Membership Fees are refundable within one week of purchase. After one week, the association will not grant any refunds.
• Journal Submission Fees are nonrefundable.
• Paper Submission Fees are nonrefundable.
• Annual Meeting Registration Fees are refundable based on receipt of the request:
  • More than two weeks prior to the start of the meeting: 100%.
  • Between one and two weeks prior to the start of the meeting: 50%.
  • Within one week of the start of the meeting, the association has confirmed its financial commitments and will grant no refunds of registration fees.
