Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@southerneconomic.org.
The SEA cancellation and refund policy follows:
- Membership Fees are refundable within one week of purchase. After one week, the association will not grant any refunds.
- Journal Submission Fees are nonrefundable.
- Paper Submission Fees are nonrefundable.
- Annual Meeting Registration Fees are refundable based on receipt of the request:
- More than two weeks prior to the start of the meeting: 100%.
- Between one and two weeks prior to the start of the meeting: 50%.
- Within one week of the start of the meeting, the association has confirmed its financial commitments and will grant no refunds of registration fees.
